I agree. I also dislike challenge games where your opponent tosses multiple top tier starters. Needs to be an option that starters can only start unless you are within league play with provisions for otherwise.

@ptbenic we mostly run the leagues thru collections email and texting. It’s great. Play managers from All over the country.

I usually use Google sheets to distribute stats and what not. Some of these guys that are more tech savvy build league web sites

HOFfridge… it’s the age-old ABPA question: “With a runner on third, is a first-column 6 a HR on a double-column card?”

The answer, on GO, is apparently ‘no’. According to the narrative in brackets, the play result is 5 (a double) on double-column cards like Felsch’s.

@randysteinman I imagine it’ll be an ‘it happens when it happens’ thing.

GO is designed to accept new content from the Alpharetta folks whenever they want to add it - we don’t require a heads up.

I am a fan of new content, so I also hope it’s sooner rather than later!

@apba-go-jeremy I haven’t tried to set up anything yet today, but on Sunday, we had trouble setting up a game because my dot was light blue on the list. At the top of my screen I was showing orange. When I changed from orange to blue it didn’t change me in the roster. Finally used an open challenge to start our game. Afterwards, I changed my dot back to orange and the roster still showed both myself and my opponent as light blue. Signing out and back into the site didn’t change anything. Just an FYI.

I had written to GO Support to ask about this as well. They responded this morning that issues with GTOP4/5 teams missing Z’s and W’s have all been fixed.

Weird game ended on a bases loaded hit by pitch. Note that Tug McGraw did not load the bases but is charged with the loss, while Carlos Lee pinch hit for Billy Wagner and was lifted for a pinchrunner, yet gets credited with the win.
