For anyone who is considering forming a new APBAGO league or holding a new APBAGO tournament, I have compiled a list of possible rules that could be used. The purpose is to help you consider all possible rule possiblities for your new endeavor and help you create the best possible experience. The result is a word document that I could email to anyone that is interested. I am always open to new suggestions as it is impossible to think of everything.
