    @APBA-GO-Jeremy your honesty is noted and appreciated. I disagree but still respect the honesty.

    @dbacknate Hi,

    It will be fixed but there are no devs around until January with the holidays.

    So it won’t be until then.

    Thanks,
    Jeremy

    @gap999 said in 4 teams without a 23 for the SS:

    As I stated in the post about Orlando Arcia, I am not an expert with APBA card layouts and protocols. However, I thought it was normal for a team’s SS to have a 23 on their card (like the 1B has a 41). There are 4 teams without a 23 for their SS (or any of their position players). These teams are 1) MIL 2) CHIN 3) DET & 4) MIA. Just thought I would pass this one in case this was an oversight. Great fun - thanks for getting this out before Christmas!

    I’ve passed your points on to the Alpharetta team.

    Thanks,
    Jeremy

    So, I had Alpharetta take a look and they said he’s there.

    I checked the data and sure enough:

    Perhaps you have the original 62 and he wasn’t included in that? From his stats, it would seem odd for him to be omitted from that file too.

    @metsie

    Also, just figured this out myself, if you enter ‘BHOF’ in the Team City field, and search, it will list all the BHOF players that fit under the main tab (pitchers/position players).

    @HOFfridge You are correct. Both runs should be unearned and Blyleven should not be reduced in grade. But I have seen this happen before, where two-out runs scored after an error have not been counted as unearned.
    It’s for examples like this that I wish we had the ability to edit a pitcher’s grade (ie. the first batter faced by a mid-inning reliever, like in the basic board game.)
    I’d also love to have the ability to tweak incorrect box scores, before sending final game stats off to collections.

    @brianoc No release date from the team in Alpharetta at this time. I will definitely post on all channels and let everyone know as soon as I know.

    Thanks,

    If his paper card has an ACZZ for that year, then it is an error.

    If not, then someone on the card team decided that one Z was the way to go.

    Thanks,
    Jeremy

    @jerrya59 It is important for the future of the game that when an error as described appears that you take the time to capture the play by play output from the screen going back as far as needed to set up the background and then save it in a word file and when the game is over, write a trouble report using the support option in the menu. When you supply the text info with the accompanying dice rolls, it will really help the game company fix these bugs. It is only when game users document their reporting of bugs with detailed information that the game can become better and more enjoyable for all.

    Yes, I do the same as HOFfridge in those situations. Temporarily inserting a D-W pitcher works great. Then, at the end of the half-inning, you can re-assess your lineup without having burned a valuable player.

    @jerrya59 Hi!

    All twelve teams in one list.

    If you were to make three Collections you could add to div 1, div 2 etc. and overall.

    Thanks,

    Ok. I understand. The problem we are running into now is in leagues or tournaments where J-4s are limited or excluded, but these guys still get to play. And their cards are usually NOT representative of the seasons statistics, but more for the career, which gives those teams an unfair edge. I am guessing these cards would have been in the “extra” set and not in the regular packs for their teams during the “good ole days”. long before there was an APBAGo. .

    @anluc7 Yes, indeed. He hit .373 that year with 10 homers and 27 RBI in 63 at-bats covering 27 games. Small sample size, for sure.
