Hi Randy, and thanks for the collections information. I wasn’t really sure what “collections” was for. Will consider this when I get to the time I am ready for my next replay.

@statsman201819 PayPal is the only way to purchase items through APBA GO at this time.

    Welcome, JohnWayneShooters!
To play a game where you control both teams:

Hit green “Play Ball” button in the top right of the screen. Click Solitaire Mode. Choose which team you want to be Home and Away and settings – DH or not, Optional pitching-- ON means pitchers advance grades with no earned runs D to C after 5 C to B after 6 and B to A after 7. Manual dice roll ON if you want to see the dice turn; Step Play ON to see the card and the result and not just have it flashed on the result screen. 3D dice off (it can cause the game to slowwww down, at least it used to.
4 Hit Play Ball Choose pitchers and lineups from the screens. Hit the three stacked lines and then the green PLAYER CARD button to view the cards if you want. Hit Load Lineup button and click Default lineup if you want the game to set the lineups based on plate appearances that season or drag your players into the lineup ( you have to assign OF spots and DH under the POS tab.) Hit Save Lineup and name it if you make up your own or you will have to do it every time.
After everything is set up the game will cycle to the field screen. Pitch and Hit buttons are on the right. Hit the ROSTER button under the lineups to look at bench/bullpen. Changes can only be made when it is that teams turn to pitch or hit. Enjoy.
Other posters will let you know if I missed anything.

  • How do I participate in a APBA GO tourney

Good question! There are several ways: sign up for APBA newsletter, and be active in chat.

If you get the newsletter APBA is very good about posting tournament info of all kinds. Often someone will start a tourney but will only be posted in chat.

@jeryan-epics, Welcome! You will find a great community of like-minded people on this site. A lot of excellent players with many years of experience as well as some newcomers learning the ropes. It is a little different than card and dice in that you can’t trash-talk a computer screen in quite the same way or say “walk him” just as the dice leave the shaker (and argue about whether it was said in time). There are leagues and tournaments going on most of the time, you just have to look for them, usually mentioned in the Forum or in the chat box. And a lot people just looking to play. Have fun.

Welcome, MordecaiBrown! Great on-line community here at APBAGo. Friendly daily competition, with leagues and tournament play sprinkled in quite a bit (keep your eyes on the Forum here and the chat box for info on such opportunities).

@mlbkdog Hi and welcome. The best way to report issues is to file support tickets. Each submission is logged in our internal system, prioritized every two weeks, and assigned to devs. This is the best and most efficient way to report problems. Problems reported outside this system are addressed, but put more administration load on the team. The support form can be found here: https://baseball.apbago.com/support

    Also, thank you!
