1970 Baltimore Orioles inability to purchase with no response from APBA

Unable to purchase 1970 Baltimore Orioles and have contacted company twice with no response. Too, previously purchased two of the Washington ball club and played with them a few times and then I can no longer download them. Apba was unable to verify that I purchased them and yet they show up on my team standings. Very unsatisfactory way to run a business.
