PH does not get AB?

BATS II league game. Ted Kluszewski announced as a PH for Jeff Shaw. Klu shows on the field and in the narrative but the roll result says its Shaw at the plate. And Shaw gets the AB in the box score while Klu shows as used from the Reds bench. Following is the PBP account:
