2022 Convention Tournament Results

Freddie Freeman hits a game winning 2 run triple in his last at bat today with the Atlanta Braves in the top of the 8th. Leading the Braves to 3-2 Game five victory over the 2019 Houston Astros winning the 21st APBA Convention Baseball Tournament this morning.
Skipper Mike Kehrer led his squad to three consecutive series victories over the 2019 Astros led by three different managers. The 2021 Braves are the first defending World Series champion to win the APBA Convention Baseball tournament.
The annual APBA convention and its baseball tournament are held the weekend after Father’s Day in Alpharetta, Georgia. Alpharetta is about 30 minutes northeast of Atlanta.
All games were played with APBA Baseball basic game cards and dice. There were 68 teams in this year’s tournament.
