The bump up for relievers facing a same side batter is really an application of a platoon factor. Is there any advantage to stacking a lineup with righty hitters if my opponent uses a lefty pitcher?

The only advantage to “stacking” a lineup would be if you had players that all hit from the opposite side of the plate from the pitchers in the other teams bullpen. If all they have are righties in the pen and all you had were lefties in your lineup, they could never get the bump-up for their relievers. The bump-up has changed the way players prepare for and draft in leagues now.
