wrong result during game play

For some reason, my screen-shot is too big for the post (first time that has happened as I use screen-shots quite a bit on here), but here goes.

Result should have been the third out of the inning. Instead it was 1st and 3rd with Roberto Clemente coming to the plate. He made a generic out to end the inning. Note that the 9 rolled by Bill Virdon earlier in the inning was properly credited as a single against the B.
