Buying Windows 5.75

Hi. I’m interested in purchasing the APBA Windows 5.75 disk.
I posted this in the Introduction section & thought it might not be the best area t ask these questions.
I see 5.75 comes with 3 seasons. 86,04 &15.
1)Does this disk have everything I would need to get an introduction to APBA baseball ?
2)Do you need to buy the Stadium Disk or is it a big upgrade ?
3)Will I need to run Upgrades /#28 ?
