Can anyone explain this card

Rookie pitcher for the 1923 Tigers. One stolen base on the season. Not even an F on his card to indicate he was fast. Three (3) 11s on the card! I don’t get it. Anyone have an explanation? He did have three steals in his 17-year career, without being caught, I might add.

It’s pretty close to the Card Computer card. I give him 11-10-10 with only 10 hits. But I downgrade guys who have few PAs.
