Need Manual Dice Roll Help

First time playing with manual dice roll. Swede Risberg is at the plate. It is a two column card. The first dice roll is an 11 which is a 0. I roll the dice the second time and get a 12.
According to a help file I read, I am supposed to enter in the information as 11|12 to get the result. However, the computer just hangs and no result is given. What should I do differently?

I just tested a xx|xx entry on a two column card and it worked as expected, so the double manual dice roll appears to be working.
Perhaps there was a network glitch or something that occurred on that particular play. I will try to have Swede Risberg put in a game and tested to see what happens.
In short, what you did appears to be correct and should have worked.

The same thing happens to me every time I have tried to use the manual dice roll. Double columns just do not work and the game completely stops. It can’t be just us two…

If you’re having issues getting double dice roll results entered into the game, please contact support and they’ll either get your sorted, or if there’s a bug, get it on the list to be fixed.
