    Hi,

    This post is here so Support can direct people who are looking for instructions on how to manage their subscription.

    How to Subscribe

    1. Click the Store link in the left side menu
    2. Click the Subscribe button on the Subscription tab (it’s the default)
    3. You will be taken to www.paypal.com and guided through the subscription process.

    When you subscribe, you purchase 30 days of access to the full catalog and all site functionality. You can cancel any time.

    How to Cancel Your Subscription

    1. Click the Store link in the left side menu
    2. Click the Unsubscribe button on the Subscription tab (If you’re subscribed, it will be the only button available)
    3. You will be presented a notification message that your subscription has been cancelled
    4. You will be able to use APBA GO for the remainder of the last 30 days you purchased.

    To Cancel through PayPal

    1. Visit www.paypal.com and log into the account you used to subscribe to APBA GO.
    2. Click this link: https://www.paypal.com/myaccount/autopay/
    3. Your autopay vendors are listed on the left side of the page. Find APBA Games Inc. You may have to click ‘see more’.
    4. Click APBA Games Inc.
    5. Click the ‘Cancel’ button on the right side display.

    Support will not cancel your subscription for you.

    This is for your own protection. We do not want to collect any of your PayPal account information as it is completely unnecessary and a security risk to you. We are, however, happy to guide you through the process should you encounter difficulties. Contact support@apbago.com for help, or use the link and form on the left side menu of www.apbago.com.

    Occasionally PayPal will change the way it allows users to manage their recurring payments. If it does, we will endeavor to update this page as soon as we learn of it.

    Hi Jeremy, I purchased the Master Game and League Tools Unlock on the 6th of December to try them out. I don’t see the Lixar IT Inc. in my list of autopay on paypal. I have looked through my entire list.

    I do see the transaction in my list of Recent Activity, but there I am not sure if autopay was ever turned on.

    @nleininger These days you can just click the store link in the left side menu of APBA GO and click the ‘Unsubscribe’ button on the Subscription tab.

    Thanks for reminding me that these instructions need to be updated.
