Newbie - Season Purchase Question
-
Hello, just starting to get into the world of APBA and baseball simulation/management/replay. I tried one of the free solitaire games/teams, but can see it would be more interesting to me to use the team I’m a fan of.
If I purchase a season ($20), do you get every team from that season so could run solitaire games of my team against any other team from that year? I am thinking that is the case but wasn’t sure. Then as I get more involved could use my team or any others from that season in playing others, online, etc?
Thank you for any info and look forward to learning more about this game.

@ntlwhlr Hi and welcome!
Your assumptions about purchasing a season are correct.
Please note that you can also purchase individual teams or a subscription to access the entire catalog… just try the different tabs on the store page to see what’s available.
Thanks,

Thank you for the information and response. I’ll look to give that a try!

Back in the 80’s I played the Card version of the game and played for about 10 years. Im interested in getting back into it but on Computer. Is APBA GO as accurate as the old Card version and is APBA GO less expensive then the Computer game?

@mikesenger-0 APBA GO is the Basic Game online. If you used to play the Master Game, you will find it does not have the same level of depth.
Pricing: Subscription (includes access to full card catalog and all site functionality) $20/month; OR purchase seasons at $20 each or teams at $3 each.

Welcome aboard. One of the great features on Go is the custom team feature. Lets you create your own teams to play solitaire mode or against other teams. You could form a league just like the card and dice version. Plenty of leagues and tourneys on the site as well. Just watch the “chat” area for info.
