Newbie question

Hello all. New to APBA GO but my 22 yr old kid and I play the master version fairly regularly, but not often enough for me which is why I am playing GO. I’ve seen mention of leagues a few times. Is this a thing? I love the idea of regular games. Thanks. Matt
