Teams from Different Decades

Does APBA Go adjust batting and pitching by league or season? I want to build two teams, one with players from 1980 teams, the other with players from 1990 teams. And I want the teams to be roughly comparable in hitting and pitching. Can I compare the 1980 team’s aggregate statistics to the 1990 team’s, or do I need to adjust for the season and league’s average to compare them?
