I also cannot add to Collections. Using an iPad so I can do a force refresh as on the Mac. !

Hi,

Two client-side solutions (neither are ideal) for iPad:

1. use incognito mode or private browsing to access the site. Pros: it will download the latest files and solve the issue; Cons: it will not save the files and normal browsing mode will be unaffected (the problem will persist)

2. follow these instructions:

Pros: Will solve the problem
Cons: will delete browsing history and website data, and may force you to log into sites, etc. that you had previously saved access to

Did it restore Collections for post-game adding of data?

Were your web sites deleted?
