I do not see many players with the 14* in the APBA GO game. What are the requirements in APBA to get 1?

@tigerscott Hi. The requirements are part of APBA’s card formula, and it’s not public knowledge.
My team doesn’t even know.
If there are no *'s appearing in an entire season of data, it could be that an old version of a season file was uploaded by error.
In that case, let me know the year and we’ll look into it.
