Injury ends the game?

In the 8th inning of a game, my opponent’s pitcher got injured. Once the injury occured, my opponent’s roster popped up on my screen. When I close that window, it pops up again. Even after my opponent made a pitching change, his roster keeps popping up on my screen. We can’t continue the game or do anything because my opponent’s roster keeps popping up on my screen. Does this happen whenever the pitcher gets hurt? I would like to finish the game because I have a five run lead, but I can’t because my opponent’s roster keeps popping up on my screen. Is this a glitch that has happened to other people? Game ID 261899

The same thing happened again, this time to my opponent while he had a 9th inning lead. This really needs to be fixed.
