Pitcher Loss glitch

I had a relief pitcher enter a tie game with two runners on base. One of the runners on base scored the go ahead run, which the box score correctly charged to the starting pitcher, however when the game ended the relief pitcher was charged with the loss. Correct me if I’m wrong but the starter should have been charged with the loss.

Also, I’m still seeing the issue where a relief pitcher is not getting credited for a save when they inherit a three run lead.
