1883 Card set and APBA GO

I noticed that there are a couple of pitchers whose grade in APBA GO are different from their cards: e.g., Hugh Daily (CLEV) and Larry Corcoran (CHIAL) have B grades on their physical cards from the card set but in APBA GO they are both A in their APBA GO virtual cards. I am new at APBA go but long-time boart game user. Is this something that has occurred in other seasons?

I can’t answer your questions about other instances exactly, but I’m sure there are.
The card data on APBA GO should be the most recent and accurate version.
The file used to upload data to GO is the same that would be used to manufacture a new print run of cards.
There are many versions of cards out there, and, APBA has the ability to issue corrections to GO data instantaneously - one upload and everyone playing GO gets the correction immediately. This is mostly a good thing.
But it is conceivable that there are discrepancies between various card versions, and even the latest card version and the data on GO.
This is the way it’s intended to work, however, sometimes life happens, so we appreciate a heads up whenever a data inconsistency is found, so that I may notify the Alpharetta crew and ensure it’s intended and not an error.
