@APBA-GO-Jeremy Had a situation occur in a tie game with 2 outs in the bottom of the 10th inning. Runners on 1st & 2nd and the batter’s card result was a 6. The runner on second scored, but the runner on first was thrown out at home. The scoring run should have ended the game, but instead, the team did not get credit for the run and the inning ended with the game still tied.

I have seen others report this issue before.
It seems to come up with runners on first and second… and the dice-card result is a 6.
Not sure if it matters what the speed rating is for the runner on first.

Yes. This has happened to me as well. The speed rating doesn’t matter.

Yes, this happened to me again today (March, 2020).
'79 Pirates had runners on first and second with two out in the sixth inning.
    Madlock’s card result was a 6 – a double.
Foli scored from second and Stargell (the (S) runner at first) was thrown out at the plate. End of inning.
Except, I didn’t notice at first that the Foli run had never counted.
Two innings later, when the Pirates should be winning 5-4, I realize that the GO game score is actually 4-4.
Needless to say, it messed up the rest of the game, as Pittsburgh “lost” 5-4 in the bottom of the ninth.
