Release 1.9.5

Hi everyone!

Release 1.9.5 (the Morgan release, internally), features more bug fixes.

Bugs fixed:

• Corrected a problem that prevented some games from successfully starting
• (761, 207) Ensured all forfeited Tournament games can be reset
• Managers who play Tournament games will correctly be rewarded. We will retroactively award Manager Rating points for all non-forfeit games. Manager Rating point awards for Tournament games increased by 5 pts.
• Fixed Team Pitching totals for Collections - S09, WHIP are now correctly averaged
• (762, 763) Subscriptions will once again automatically activate when purchased
