Subscribed but no teams?

Recently subscribed but I don’t have any access to the features in supposed too? No new teams or seasons are available, I’m stuck with the same 2 starting teams in Dallas and Los Angeles.
Do I have to unlock something after subscribing?
No idea what I’m doing wrong here.

@dawsintron13 Hi, apparently we’re having issues with the subscription interface with PayPal and we are investigating. I’ll have it a dev look at it ASAP.

@apba-go-jeremy thanks for the reply. Any ETA on this? I don’t want to lose days out of the subscription I’ve paid for.
