Home and road team switch in boxscore

In a game I played today, while making a pitching change, the player I changed, did not appear to enter the game despite was was show in the game description. I put Kyle Kendrick in to pitch, but Matt Barnes still appear in the lineups, and on the field.

So I changed pitcher again (because I learned that continuing at this point will likely result in a frozen game), and this time the pitcher did appear correctly in the lineups and on the field.

Except, when the game finished and I looked at the boxscore to see if it showed that Kendrick actual did enter the game, the wrong team is shoing for the home and away team. Here I am looking at the away team tab, (Boston was the away team), it shows Tampa Bay

Additionally, if I go back into game history and look at the box score, it shows that Kyle Hendrick really never did enter the game
