- refactored code to improve performance in game
- clustered servers
Bug fixes:
- fixed 500 error with Collections
- cleaned up Teams tab in Collections
Note there are some custom lineups issues that we are ironing out.

Some of you may have noticed that there were a few custom lineups showing up that you did not create.
Others may have noticed that after today, some of the lineups you created may no longer be available.
We had a small db error that was randomly causing problems with custom lineup creation.
Work was done to clean up the data and a code fix will be deployed soon.
We apologize for any inconvenience!
