Manual starting pitchers on a replay season

Hey guys…… my apologies if this has been asked before.
I’m replaying the 1992 season and I play all the games manually. But the site chooses all the starting pitchers automatically. I am able to change the batting order only.
Specifically, they seem to ignore Cone on the Mets. He was traded at the deadline to the Jays that year and still had over 30 starts. But with over 30 games played in the season so far, they have yet to start him. I’ve tried everything to try to manually pick my starting pitcher but to no avail. Is there anything I can do? Thanks! -
What do you mean “the site”? Is this an APBA site, or some other site? When you say you play the games manually, I’m thinking dice, cards, and scorekeeping.
A little more detail may help find a solution.

I am manually replaying the 1952 season without any problems like you describe.
For instance, I am currently setting up starting lineups for my next game. Larry Jansen is correctly shown as the starting pitcher for the Giants’ June 19th game vs Pittsburgh.
But if I wanted to choose another starting pitcher instead… I would simply go click on his name (ie. Al Corwin), drag it across and drop it in place over Jansen’s name in the #9 spot, then click the blue "NEXT’ tab on the top right.
And Corwin would then be the Giants’ starting pitcher instead of Jansen…
