Saved lineups in GO, and Relief first batter

Two questions:

1. How exactly does the saved lineups work? I saved a home and away team lineup, but cannot figure out how to use them.

2. Does the relief pitcher still get the grade bump when entering the game in the middle of the inning? Yeah, I’m that old that I remember that rule.

Answer to #2… yes, a mid-inning reliever gets a grade bump for the first batter he faces… PROVIDED he has a reliever’s asterisk (*) on his card AND the first batter he’ll face hits from the same side (ie. righty-vs-righty or lefty-vs-lefty.)

Anyone know if the one batter mid inning grade bump for relievers * extends past A say to AC for one batter or is A the highest?

@TSBL I believe rules state can not bump higher than A? Been years since I saw the rules.
