Are injuries working?

I’ve now played 21 games with the new Master Game… and, so far, I haven’t had a single injury. While that’s not totally out of the realm of possibility, it makes me want to ask, HAS anyone had an injury result?

I have ‘disable injury’ set to ‘no’, but I’m wondering if that is not correct? Or if its a bug?
