Where can I get these explained? eg. A B starter is now (6) 13 and there are Q1 etc codes. Same with hitters etc. I am not looking for dice explanations, just the meaning of the codes and numbers. Thanks.

Hi. So the 6(13) is the numeric grade- I assume it was a split grade - basic game C(B). The Q is the fatigue factor. Lower is better. There are a bunch of other master game symbols that you probably haven’t seen before WP (wild pitch), BKO (doesn’t balk) etc

I figured out the first bracketed number before the starter code number grade that replaces the letter grade is in fact the pitcher’s speed as a base runner. If there is no number in brackets, the pitcher’s base running speed is average and assumed to be 11. Average as 11 also applies to hitters as base runners.

If you go to the APBA Games site, search the Master Game, and there is a document with the Game Instructions that explains the game in detail.
