Abandoned Games and Master Game PBP seems to zip fast

I was playing the 1979 Orioles and 1979 Pirates awhile back just for a practice game, and I was the Pirates and let Sidney take the O’s. I just played a bit and decided to pick it up sometime later and it said it had been abandoned. This does not seem to happen with solitaire. Probably nothing wrong, just my curiosity. Also, the Play by Play in Master Game mode seems to zip ahead a little faster and a few times when deciding to throw/advance, the play by play almost completely blocked where I’m supposed to click. I can still do it but wondered if I can minimize anything so I can see the whole decision pop up. Most times, I can see it.
