Jeremy - I had a one off thing happen - once I had the steal option not show up, I could hit and run but not steal. Julio Rodriguez was on first. The batter made an out Julio was still on first and then he could steal.

Oops - I get it now. Just happened again - but I think because Donovan - who is on first is an e20 and an E isn’t eligible to steal in that situation
