I’ve been playing an APBA GO solitaire tournament featuring all the Phillies teams I have for GO (10 in all). In a game between 2011 and 1915, Al Demaree had a no-hitter through six innings. In the top of the seventh, he reached first on an error. As Bobby Byrne stood at the plate, Demaree attempted to steal second, was thrown out, and ejected from the game for arguing! (I don’t recall the PRN.) I don’t think I’ve ever had a no-hit bid end that way, and I wonder if it ever happened in real life.
