Collections stats are incorrect

I’m starting a replay of the 1987 NL season. In looking at the Padres stats I see that Randy Ready is 5-for-12 for a batting average of… 1.000? Tony Gwynn is 6-for-25 for an average of .250. Garry Templeton is 1-for-20 for an average of .100. For a few teams (Padres and Mets) the batting averages for individual players are all wrong, though the OBP and SLG seem to be fine. Most of the other teams have correct batting averages. I’ve never seen this glitch before after replaying several entire seasons. Is this a problem with the new game release? Anyone else noticing this issue?

That’s really strange. I’m just nine games into a new project… so I took a look at my early tournament batting stats so far. They all appear correct for individual hitters.
The only thing I’m seeing which appears kind of ‘glitchy’ is the total team stats. Through nine games, my tournament batting average (AVG for hitters) is .254. (Which is correct – 165 hits divided by 650 AB’s).
Yet, the pitcher’s opponent’s batting average (OBA) is only .246. VERY minor discrepancy, but odd nonetheless.
