11's second roll

Kind of annoying Go has a second dice roll for the 11 SB. I don’t think anyone plays the boards that way in fact, the boards just say Single and SB not roll again, disregard die roll and SB? annoying to waste the roll for nothing IMO. Now for Master game makes sense you need the roll for the SB but not basic game.
