recommendation for custom teams

Hi, I’ve been meaning to post this for a while, but when creating custom teams, there is an option to limit search by team city. This method is very inefficient as there are multiple teams in the same cities and multiple cities that have very similar first several letters. IMO, it would be much more simple and effective to have this search option changed to team name (with a drop-down option would also be helpful).
Additionally, searching by IP, Wins and losses isn’t nearly as useful as searching by J number or pitching modifiers. I don’t know any situation why anyone would search by wins and losses or IP.
For position players, every major statistical website lists stats AVG/OBP/SLG/OPS (MLB.com, BaseballSavant, Baseball-Reference, FanGraphs). Seeing stats listed AVG/SLG/OBP is just confusing.
