DH & PH issues

Since the last patch (or maybe the previous) the micro-managers have been picking an unavailable pitcher as the designated hitter. Yes, it’s easily fixed when setting the lineup. IF you notice it.
Since long ago…What I can’t fix is the micro-managers not pinch hitting for pitchers. They will let the pitcher hit for the 3rd out of an inning (or last out of a game), then immediately put in a reliever. Will this issue ever be addressed?

There are a series of rules in place for each created mm.
We don’t outline the rules, the person creating the MMs does.
So the MM substituting a reliever in the situation you describe is likely a rule.
The ‘let the pitcher hit for a 3rd out or last out of the game’ issue is likely because no rule is in place to support that behavior for each of the MMs.
Sometimes we just do what we’re given.
I’ll pass along this as a suggestion to our MM guy.

Yes, the MM will pick a pitcher as DH regardless of availability (thumbs up or down icon). I’ve seen both…
