What Do I need For a Replay?

I’m hoping to start a replay of a season from the early 1960s, perhaps 1961.What do I need to order to do this?

Do I also need the historical function for daily lineups and schedules etc…? At this point I’m torn between a subscription or buying each undividual option.

When I’m ready to begin my replay will the game let me move the 1961 Yankees into another season like 1964 or 1960 and play in that season? Thanks

When a Replay is started, an accompanying Collection is created and all games from the Replay are added to it automatically.

Collections is the statistics management module in APBA GO.

@sjason Highly recommend taking advantage of the Collections feature. Saves you a ton of time and effort and makes stat-keeping incredibly easy. It’s one of my favorite things about GO.

@APBA-GO-Jeremy I started replaying 1961 after purchasing what I needed. I also purchased Pedro for a MM but I’m disappointed with how he handles pinch hitting or not pinch hitting for pitchers. He seems to want to let them bat and then removes them to start the new inning after they aren’t pinch hit for. I should have used the DH I guess. It is fun playing actual APBA .

Can I switch to DH now after starting play or do I have to restart? I’m past April 20th

@sjason HI,

You can’t switch during a game, but you can switch when you configure the next game you play. (Or reset and replay the game you wanted to use DH on).

I’m thinking it may improve the MM s decision making regarding pinch hitting for pitchers if there was a DH in every game going forward. Is MM Malcom any better?

@sjason From my experience, ALL the micro-managers have this issue. It’s one of my biggest complaints about the game…

Is the a way to change the entire replay league to DH with 1 move so I don’t have to do it every game? Is Malcom an better. Pedro is terrible.
