Fielding

After completing dozens of replays over past few years I have found F1 saves aprox 40 errors a year and ads close to 50 DP a season. So in a full season replay if you have a choice of a fielder who will get you to F1 over a better hitter, unless the guy is ted williams take the F1 guy and pinch hit him late. The stats differential are significant and no hitter can make up for it. And F3 is a train wreck so don’t even consider it!

in a cards and dice 1970 league (a bit of a hybrid between Basic Game and Master Game) I am wondering the same thing. Only problem in this league is if opponent rolls power numbers - you can’t stop that. Still, I am strongly thinking of starting Brooks at 3B iso Ron Santo… Obviously for the 3B-6.
