Question for APBA Go team…would APBA allow us to do the leg work on maybe adding info to card image like bio data or everyone’s favorite…nicknames?! I am sure many would contribute to a project like that. Unless it is something other than updating an excel file.

@mariner-0 This would have been an excellent question for John’s Q&A at the convention! ;)

So, off the hop I’d say that the development effort of making this happen via GO directly would probably place it at the bottom of the to do list if APBA permitted us to do it at all.

Howwwwwwwwwever, we did just build a parser for retrosheet.org data, so a much shorter and cheaper path would be to identify if the project has this data already, and leverage it.

I’m sure that it would be a GO-only endeavor if it were to happen.

And please note this is me talking and speculating, not the company. There may be reasons for not doing it that I am not aware of nor understand at this time.

    Thanks,
    Jeremy
