Hello and welcome!

Hi!
I’m Jeremy, the APBA GO Product Manager.
Unlike some of you who have played the game for decades, I’m relatively new to it.
I was first introduced to APBA back in 2014, when I first got involved in the APBA GO project.
I’m a few days away from my one year anniversary working full-time on the project.
So much has changed with the project in the last year!
Next year should be even more exciting as we work to make APBA GO Baseball the best game it can be.
Thanks for joining me on the journey… We couldn’t do it without you.
Jeremy

Love the addition of a forum. This will be a great way to communicate, especially when trying to organize tournaments (or maybe some sort of a group replay).
Also love that individual teams are for sale. I’m sure that will separate me from some of my money :-)
Keep up the good work.

Hello all:
My name is Matt and I started playing APBA in 1979 at the age of 12. I spent a lot of paper route and later burger flipping money on APBA baseball and football. I was in a league for a few years while I was in college. But life kind of got in the way and I stopped playing in the mid 90s. Now I’m back after a brief flirtation with the other game. I don’t have a lot of time to play but that will start changing as the kids get a bit older. My main interests are APBA baseball seasons of the past. I would really like to see APBA work on the iPad. It would be great to be able to play a game while in the waiting room at the doctor’s office or while waiting for an oil change. I’m looking forward to more improvements in APBA GO. See ya!

@marunyon Hi Matt. It does work on the iPad, though scrolling through players/lists and making substitutions can be a bit challenging based on the interface. Maybe you just mean work better, but I wanted you to know that you can play on the iPad. Take care my friend.

APBA Baseball owner since 1974 (proudly still have my 1973 cards in excellent condition). Have also played APBA Football and Golf. Lost my football game in a basement flood during the early 1990’s. Lost my golf game when my wife put it out with the trash one day in the late 90’s. (Never let her live it down. Haha.) Bought another APBA Golf game (big boards) on eBay about a decade ago, but have only played it once since.
Still really love the peace and tranquility of playing the baseball games. Bought the 1908 card set many years ago and played a 28-game season over a couple of years. That’s been my favorite APBA experience. Enjoying GO a lot, but will only roll the games myself. Still need the feel of the dice in my hands.
Thanks to all who help keep the game alive. -
Can APBA GO be used by Draft Leagues, i.e. not MLB rosters ?

Hey Jeremy.
My name is Nathan. I might be one of the younger guys in this forum and still a newbie to APBA but APBA Go has been fantastic so far. I signed up about an hour ago and I’m just about finished my first game. I’ve only played a few games with my little friend and his father, who got us started about 10 years ago, but with the ease of APBA Go I’ll probably be hooked on here for quite sometime. I’m excited to see where this goes in the next year and I’ll be sure to get some of my friends on here as well. Thanks!

@apba-go-jeremy Hello all…I am mlbkdog of between the lines and APBA nut. How can I let you know my experience Jeremy.? My email is mlbkdog@yahoo.com
I played a lot from 1960 to 1971. Got back in whole hog and have over 240 season and specialty sets. I have all versions , xb’s , and master symbols. The exception is the Original 1950 to 1956 single column sets. I have these as published by the APBA journal affiliate Sports Publishing. So basically I have everything. With age and eye problems using the computer and blowing it up on a big TV I get by.
I wiould like to advise you on problems the game has. …please email me. -
@mlbkdog Hi and welcome. The best way to report issues is to file support tickets. Each submission is logged in our internal system, prioritized every two weeks, and assigned to devs. This is the best and most efficient way to report problems. Problems reported outside this system are addressed, but put more administration load on the team. The support form can be found here: https://baseball.apbago.com/support
Also, thank you!
