Master pitching change rule

Can anyone tell me what this is referring to?

Hi!

If you turn the pitching change rule off, it will no longer use the Pitching Change table in your game.

For a true Master Game experience, it’s better to leave it on, as with the other Master Game rules.

Why is a pitchers rating in basic say BYZ a C in master

If I read the manual correctly a Q3* starts losing 2pts after the 3 inning but I’ve seen go from 12 to 1 in the second inning with no runs scored. Did I miss read the manual correctly
