    How long is it going to take you guys to take care of all of the delay errors in the game? It has been going on far too long. Surely the grass can be cut quicker!!

    Well… right now I can go play a game and get no delays. As can QA.

    We tried different game modes, no delays.

    We’ve asked people through support to send in game ids so we can see what game configurations are resulting in slow downs.

    No one has sent any in.

    We can’t fix a problem we are not experiencing.

    So please, send a game id or two of slow games to Support and we’ll get it solved.

    I’m having no delay problems, but maybe that’s because I’m only playing the WS teams.

    As a retired software developer, I cannot stress enough the importance of as many details as you can when submitting a ticket. The platform, the hardware, the operating system are the bare minimum. If you’re trying to recreate the issue, be sure to take screenshots of the settings, and if you really want to be nice to the developers, a screenshot at each stage of setup would be appreciated. You would be surprised how many times something you exclude because it doesn’t seem relevant turns out to be the key.
