Pitchers SPEED Ratings

So modern MLB baseball is full DH and with the exception of Ohtani and maybe a couple others PITCHERS never bat nor are they frequently used as Pinch Runners. So how does APBA currently determine the S rating on > 50% of the pitcher’s cards in 2025 season? Curious minds want to know and all that. Thanks in advance.
