Can you choose to steal in basic apba go now?

I just played go on my phone for the first time, and on the bottom of the screen it seems like it’s giving me a steel button and it seems like I’m able to steal bases on my own.

Is this an error or am I imagining it or has something changed?

Actually I’m seeing the play it safe button once I got home on my computer I could see it a little more clearly.

Had a big S on it LOL and I swear one time it seemed like a steal happened immediately but maybe not haha
