So I was playing a master game. The batter singled and advanced to second on an error (play result 17 I believe). The next batter homers. Both runs should be earned (since the runner reached first on a single and would have scored on the home run without an error) but when I checked the box score there was only one earned run credited to the pitcher.

I do know the Support team is working hard to clean up earned/unearned runs which are tabulated incorrectly.
I had a situation the other day where there were runners on 1st & 2nd with one out. A passed ball moved the runners to 2nd & 3rd. The hitting team went on to score five runs in the inning (all on hits). Yet all five runs showed up in the box score as unearned.
All I can suggest is that you report instances like yours to GO Support. Cite the game, inning and situation it took place. Then they can recreate the scenario and try to fix it for the future. I find they’re very receptive to that.

I just wanted to add that the updates that have been done have made fantastic progress in getting this right… it was pretty off at first, but its getting very close. Thanks to everyone who has joined me in reporting the errors so that the programmers can fix it!
