GIFT CERTICATES

My friend is trying to make a GO purchase using an APBA Gift Certificate.
There does not seem to be an option for this when he’s ready to check out. Should he make his purchase on the regular game site?

They should contact GO support as normally, corporate store GCs don’t work here (only GO GCs purchased from the GO store do, in a very easy and automated fashion).

EDIT:

So if someone has a GC from the old (not Squarespace) APBA corporate store, and they want to use it on GO, they can contact GO support and we’ll make it happen if there is a record of the GC with APBA.

If someone buys a GC from the new (Squarespace) APBA corporate store, they cannot use it on GO.

If someone buys a GC from the APBA GO store, it can be used on GO, but they’d have to contact GO support to use it on the APBA corporate (Squarespace) store.

Complicated but that’s the way it is.
