Tick tock

Did APBA not in the past always post a release date ? They have with the cards and data file but not with APBA GO ?
-
@Duluth-Huskies Correct. GO is the first to get the data, pretty much as soon as it’s complete.
Time to completion varies each year based, as I understand it, on the complexities of the season and the availability of those involved.
APBA can set a date for cards and dice and BBW because they arrive after the holidays and have a larger ‘buffer’ of time between target GO availability and release.
Although I expect, if something disastrous happened, they too would be delayed.
Anyway, as of 2025-12-02, no updates on GO file availability.
Thanks,

Waiting patiently. Everyone take a deep breath… -
@APBA-GO-Jeremy Thanks for your reply hopefully its the end of the week . I know its out of your hands . But it would be nice for the game company to give us target date .
-
Thank you Jeremy for all the updates and handholding you do this time every year. I know that it is completly out of your control when the file is avalable, but does ABPA have any internal status updates/meetings to communicate progress? or is it just one day out of the blue, “Here’s the file?”
-
@ringram555 World Series Ends -> Data Team does their thing -> sign off -> GO gets file.
I think that’s the general flow of effort.
I understand that getting the data right takes time and that it may take more or less time every year depending on the characteristics of the season, and how much finessing is required.
But the logistics is very just-in-time in that GO gets the file as soon as it’s approved.
I keep saying ‘no updates’ because people ask for updates. But I don’t expect to get an update… just the data, when it’s ready.
And then I drop everything to post it because I want to sell the heck out of it, as you can imagine.
I always say I want the data more than you all, but no one believes me. ;)
Thanks,
Jeremy -
Sorry if this is silly but First time buyer here. When the 2025 season comes out, I just buy the whole season under seasons correct? That’s $25.00?
-
@BoomTime Yessir.
Or, if you want access to Custom Teams, which makes viewing the data easier, subscribe for 30 days for $25 instead.
(You can cancel right after you successfully subscribe - you still get 30 days and no second billing, if you can do what you need to do in 30 days).
Thanks,
Jeremy -
Thanks Jeremy. Understand the huge end of year sales event that you hold every year. :)

@APBA-GO-Jeremy thank you. Not sure what custom teams are? I’d like to be able to see the new cards and place them into teams for our APBA league so we get a preview of each team.
