Pitching credits not correct

I know this one has been reported before, but I hit a daily double. Dave Winfield credited with the win even though the Padres already were up two when he pinch hit in the 8th. Double-switch left him in the 9-hole with Trevor Hoffman in the two-hole. Padres went up four after Winfield singled and Bip Roberts homered. Final box pops up with Winfield getting credit for the win AND Hoffman listed for a save.in a non-save situation.
