Master Game Chart Weirdness

This is not a bug exactly, since it is on the actual Master Game chart, but it should be fixed.

I got a result of an 11 with runners on 1st and 3rd… and the runner on third (if S) holds third.

I feel this should be only if less than 2 outs… its crazy that a 2 out hit doesn’t score a run from third!

Thoughts?
